IQOO 11 5G 8th Gen: The Most Advanced 5G Smartphone in the Market

 iQOO 11 5G 8th Gen

IQOO 11 5G 8th Gen

The IQOO 11 5G is a latest phone with the 8th generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor and 5G capability. It is fitted with a 6.62-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a triple rear camera setup. Other features are a huge 4500mAh battery that supports quick charging and up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage.

The cool design

So, this is the new IQ eleven. And as you saw in the unboxing, we have got the IQ Eleven in the Alpha variant, which is matte, black and really classy. But the special one has to be the Legend edition. I mean, this has the whole BMW M Sports strip on it. And unlike the matte glass back on the Alpha, this has a leather finish that looks and feels very premium and is also very grippy. Besides the finish, there is a big camera module that has a metal and glass finish along with some camera specs and the B two chip badging. Every thing else about this design is really premium too. The frame is metal and there's no headphone jack or micro SD slot, and there's no IP rating or wireless charging. But this does have steer speakers. So there's one speaker on the bottom and the other one is on the earpiece. And I also like how sleek this phone is, thanks to the slim frame and the curved back. And the display also has minimal bezels.

Display

Display

Now, this display is actually fantastic. Flat should great, to be honest. I mean, this is a brand new E Six A merit panel, which is 25% more power efficient than E four panels. Then there's the fact that this is a two K display with 144 hertz refresh rate and LTP or support. There's also ten bit color support,1800 nits of peak brightness. I mean, I can go on and on. I mean, these are flash effects. But it's not just numbers. This display is actually gorgeous to look at. The colors are awesome, and HDR Ten  is support in Apple like Netflix and supporter shows and movies look incredible on the screen. It's also very sharp with the high resolution and with 144 Hz, everything just feels super smooth to use two key points. Note one, this display has Gorilla glass Wick test protection. Two, this is a flat display, no curves, which is something most people prefer for the practicality screen guards. You get the idea. I don't know from you guys which side are you on? Curved screens or flat screens? Congruent. Look, there's actually nothing to complain about in this display. So let's get to the part which I was most curious about, the performance.

Performance

Performance

I was most curious about, the performance. I said, because this is the first phone I'm testing with the new flagship Snapdragon Eight gen Two chipset, the new faster Lpdr Five X RAM, and again the new faster UFS 4.0 storage. Now, I was curious because the last few Snapdragon flagship chipsets have had Throttling issues, a major battery, rain issues, heating, I mean, Snapdragon triple eight gen One. But the Agent Two, as we all know, is using TSMC's phone nanometer process. So I was hopeful. And the throttle performance, the heating performance, the battery performance in the Agent Two is actually a big failure. First of all, benchmarks are great. There's a pretty big difference when compared to eight plus gen One, as you can see in Geek bench or even in An to Two. And if I take a closer look at the memory scores in An to Two, you can see the difference Lpdr Five mix and UFS 40 make .The scores are higher versus Lpdr five and UFS 3.1.Now, I also ran Android storage speed bench benchmark to get an even better idea on UFS 4.0and just look at the difference in speed. Now, this should make a big impact in the phone's performance, but benchmarks apart the Throttling is always a big question. So we did all our CPU Throttling tests, and this is the standard 50 minutes test. And as you can see, there is no major Throttling. We also check the temperature and it's very usual. Now, these are the scores of the 30 minutes test, and these are the scores of the one R 100 threads test. And you can see the Throttling percentage is in the 70.The temperature of the phone one after the set was 41 42 degrees, which is fine. I also did not notice any overheating. While intensive gaming, we tested three games. Primarily, we played Asphalt, which looks gorgeous on the screen and is super smooth. We tested Apex Legends, which again on the highest settings is just super smooth. And lastly, we tested Gen shin Impact, which as you all know, is super intensive. And even this extremely intensive game runs smooth on the IQ Eleven, no lag or starter on the Max graphics and FPS settings. And one thing I did notice is that after like 30 45 minutes of gaming, the phone does get warm, especially around the camera module, but it's close to 40 41 degrees, which is fine. Gen Impact even supports the V Two chips game interpolation feature that boosts the frame rates. Day to day performance is also great. I mean, this is powerful phone, so I was expecting it to be fast and usual apps and day to day tasks. And it is. And I think the 144 Hz display does playa big part in the overall a smooth performance.

Software

Software

The software is spunter Jos 13 based on Android 13, and this is a good update. Well, Optimized and I like that Vivo ICU has implemented the material U theming. You get this UI color option that lets you themed over UI with wallpaper colors and it also supports themed icons, which is great, really. Apart from the spunter, Jos 13 has these few third party apps pre installed, but you can install them. As for updates, ICU promises three major Android updates with the IQ Eleven, which means this should go to Android 16.

Camera Performance

Camera Performance

Let's move to the cameras, which are kind of overshadowed by other specs, but there's no cut downs here too 50 megapixel main sensor with Ois, at ele photo camera and an ultra wide angle camera. Now, I'm still kind of testing the camera, but so far the shots look pretty good. Beyond good light or be it in lowlight, even the ultrawide shots are good. And the portrait mode shots are good too. And the zoom shots look nice too. So the photos have been pretty good in my brief testing, but I also like all the camera features it packs. Thanks to the V Two ship, you can choose to have more natural tone photos with this option. The Extreme night vision mode is great for super low light situations. There's even a Super Night video mode that works in4K videos and makes a pretty good difference. The phone also has eight K video support and eight k videos look very detailed. But I think you get the best balance of stability and quality in 4k with Ois also keeping things stable. Cameras apart.

Battery

Battery

The battery is a 5000 MH one and with a gen two's efficiency improvements and the new E six LTP panel, it should be good. There's also super fast 120 watt flash charge, which charges the phone to 50% in around nine minutes and 100% in around 25 minutes.

Connectivity

Connectivity

All the connectivity front the phone has Wi Fi Seven support thanks to Agent Two. It also has all the 5G bands you need in country, and there's also carrier aggregation. Also, a lot of people have doubts on the ICU service centers because ICU is a fairly new brand. But let me tell you, the ICU uses Vivo service centers and there are 650 plus service centers across country, along with services like free pickup and drop and more.

Some things are missing in this phone

Look, one thing is clear the ICU Eleven is a proper flagship phone. I mean, this has some of the best specs you can get on an Android smart phone. Sure, some flagship features are missing, like say, an IP rating or wireless charging, but this should launch below sixty k, and I think this would make a lot of sense for people who want the latest cutting edge specs, if you agree and comment below what you think about this new IQ Eleven Thanks for Reading.

(Thanks for coming)
